Only Grape Juice

We believe in «going back to basics»

Our Process

Harvesting is the process of gathering a ripe crop from the fields.

The harvest is usually carried out by hand, and it involves cutting the crops with a sickle or scythe, or uprooting them by hand. Sometimes, a combine harvester can be used to cut the crop at ground level. After harvesting has taken place, it is important that the crops are dried as quickly as possible. This will prevent mould from forming on them and help them to keep their flavour and nutritional value.

Foot crushing is a process that’s been around since the dawn of time, and it’s still going strong. We stomp on them with all of our might, every day for as long as it takes to get the perfect color and consistency in each batch of wine.

The first step in pressing wine is to get the juice out of the grape. The grapes are crushed, and the resulting mixture is known as must. The must is then transferred into a large tank called a press, where it will be left to ferment for up to three weeks before being pressed.

Clarification wine process is a process that is used to remove color, excess yeast and other particles that can be found in the liquid. The process involves adding fining agents to a wine. The fining agents will attract the particles to them and then they can be removed from the wine by filtering it through a filter.

In the bottling process, we start by transferring the wine from its fermentation tank into a bottling tank. This is where we add a little bit of sulfur dioxide to help prevent spoilage and preserve the color of your wine.

Next, we fill up our bottles with the wine and cap them with corks. We then label each bottle with a unique serial number and place them in boxes for shipping.

That’s it! Your wine is now ready for you to enjoy!
